Dr Paresha Sinha is a senior lecturer in international management in the Department of Strategy and HRM at the University of Waikato.

She obtained her PhD in Management from Victoria University of Wellington. Her India-related experience includes serving as a consultant and corporate trainer to Indian Public Sector firms and MNCs in the manufacturing and chemical industries. In addition, she has worked as a corporate officer for one of the largest chemical complexes of its kind in India and Asia.

Her India-related research interests include the broad topic of doing business in India with a specific focus on offshore outsourcing from New Zealand to India, Indian CEOs and their identity and global mind-sets, firm internationalisation strategies with a special emphasis on issues such as environmental practises and greening of Indian firms, and their corporate social responsibility activities. She is also involved in researching the experience of skilled Indian migrants to New Zealand.
