Making of Modern Law: Five Modules (Trial until 31 August)Description:
A database of books that cover nearly every aspect of American and British law and that dig deep into the legal traditions of Europe, Latin America, Asia, and other jurisdictions. It has a range of analytical, theoretical, and practical literature.
The five modules on trial are : Foreign Primary Sources ; Foreign, Comparative, and International Law, 1600-1926 ; Landmark Records and Briefs of the U.S. Courts of Appeals, 1950-1980 ; Primary Sources ; and U.S. Supreme Court Records and Briefs, 1832-1978.
