Request an item during Alert Level 3 and including 8 to 12 September 2021

Request a physical item from the Kelburn or Law Libraries. You can collect it from the Kelburn campus, have it couriered, or have a chapter emailed to you.

While we are in Alert Level 3 of the Covid-19 pandemic, you are able to request items from both the Kelburn and Law Libraries to help with your individual study and research needs.  We will be offering this service Monday to Friday

You can collect requested items from level 2 of Kelburn Library (Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm), or we can courier items to you at your home, or have chapters of books scanned and emailed to you

Contactless pick up of books will be available between 10am – 5pm Monday to Friday from level 2 at Kelburn Campus. An email will be sent to your VUW email address when your book is ready for collection. Please wait until you have received email confirmation before coming to collect your items.

Home delivery is available if you would prefer books to be couriered to you.

Please note: Due to mail delays, you may have to wait longer than usual for your books to arrive

Turn-around times

We aim to have books available for collection the next working day, but this may take longer if demand is high.
