- Basic student administration enquiries (counter/phone/email), triaging for the Student Advisers.
- Monitor the law enquiries mailbox, answering and/or escalating as appropriate.
- Transcript requests: processing payments and preparing transcripts for signature.
- Coordinate the receipt and hand-out of assessment.
- Process requests for return of examination scripts, reconsiderations and script reads.
- Assist in processing enrolments and course add/drops
- Student records filing
- Assist in CRM administration
Frontline Services Delivery
- Answer student and public enquires, escalating as appropriate.
- Process ad hoc room booking requests and courier and postal services.
- Process cash and EFTPOS transactions, banking and report on these to the School Manager as required.
- Monitor building maintenance, including entering BEIMS maintenance requests, liaise with Campus Services and cleaners regarding general up-keep of the building.
- Process key requests, maintaining key register.
