Student Administration

Key responsibilities:

  • Basic student administration enquiries (counter/phone/email), triaging for the Student Advisers.
  • Monitor the law enquiries mailbox, answering and/or escalating as appropriate.
  • Transcript requests: processing payments and preparing transcripts for signature.
  • Coordinate the receipt and hand-out of assessment.
  • Process requests for return of examination scripts, reconsiderations and script reads.
  • Assist in processing enrolments and course add/drops
  • Student records filing
  • Assist in CRM administration

Frontline Services Delivery

Key responsibilities:

  • Answer student and public enquires, escalating as appropriate.
  • Process ad hoc room booking requests and courier and postal services.
  • Process cash and EFTPOS transactions, banking and report on these to the School Manager as required.

Building Maintenance

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor building maintenance, including entering BEIMS maintenance requests, liaise with Campus Services and cleaners regarding general up-keep of the building.
  • Process key requests, maintaining key register.
