Climate, Food & Future: Regenerative Agriculture and the challenge of change

Old Government Building lecture theatre 1

Can we design and manage landscapes to produce food, fibre, fuel and clean water by regenerating our most vital resource, rather than degrading it? Can we do it forever? If this is possible, how do we get there?

Action Ecology founder Shane Ward merges the science, theory and practice of regenerative land use with his experience in corporate communications and organisational change to examine a pathway through the current crises, and to envision what it might mean to succeed.

Shane Ward is a regenerative land use & soil health consultant, with a passion for sustainable food production, ecosystem restoration, and designing closed-loop systems. In previous careers, he has worked as a communications specialist in the financial, banking, property and energy sectors, in addition to many years working in Film & Television in creative, technical and business/project management roles.
