The Faculty's Student and Academic Services Office provides advice and assistance throughout your studies. We also have lots of information and expertise about many other aspects of university life.

The student and academic services team can assist you with admission requirements, enrolment advice and processing and degree and course planning, including transfer of credit from other tertiary institutions and withdrawals from courses.

We are here to answer queries about graduation, exams, restrictions under the Academic Progress Statute, and many other questions about undergraduate or postgraduate qualifications.

Please contact us by email or phone to make an appointment with a Student Adviser from the Faculty.

If you need advice, contact us or drop-in to the office—Level 4, Murphy building, Kelburn campus.

Our open hours are normally weekdays from 9.30 am–3.30 pm (from 10 am on Wednesdays). During peak periods, opening hours may be extended. Appointments outside these hours may be arranged with the relevant staff member.
