Please join us for Ikram Singh's PhD proposal seminar. Ikram will present his literature review of Reconfigurable Intelligent Surface-aided wireless systems, present a paper submitted to the International Conference on Communications 2021, and introduce his future research plans.

Reconfigurable Intelligent Surface (RIS)-aided wireless networks are currently the subject of considerable research attention due to their ability to manipulate the channel between users and base station via the RIS. Unlike typical multi-user multiple input multiple output (MUMIMO) communications, the RIS introduces an extra degree of freedom to improve various aspects of system performance
