Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington has New Zealand's newest and most modern engineering school.

We built on our world-leading programmes in Computer Science to offer accredited Bachelor of Engineering with Honours (BE(Hons)) degrees that provide a broad academic foundation and opportunities for study in areas of modern technical specialisation.

Since the founding of the engineering school, we have made some changes to the majors that we offer for the BE(Hons). These changes have been made to enhance and focus our teaching programmes, offer specialisations that meet student interest in mechatronics, renewable energy, and robotics, and provide industry-focused pathways to employment in key technology areas.
